Returns for the Nurse Workbook + RekPlay & Review Books:
Unused paperback Nurse Worbooks & Review Books purchased WITH RekPlay are only eligible for return within 14 days of delivery date and access to RekPlay will be removed. If 10 or more of the RekPlay courses were viewed during anytime after purchase or during this 14 day window, only a 40% partial refund of the entire purchase price will be given and access to RekPlay will be removed. After the 14 day window OR if all courses have been viewed no refund will be given.
Digital Workbooks purchased with RekPlay
Digital files are not eligible for a refund after 48 hours, or if the digital workbook has been downloaded, or if more than 10 of the courses on RekPlay have been viewed during the 48 hour window. We have access to downloads and views on the backend to verify this information. If you are having technical difficulties viewing or downloading, please email us at info@rekmed.org and we are happy to help! Please allow 24-48 hours for our response!

Returns for all other products that do NOT include RekPlay:
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your package. Please emails us at info@rekmed.org with any questions and we always answer within 24-48 hours or less!

Clearance items ordered in bulk through our bulk orders (quantities over 10+) do not qualify for free shipping or for additional discounts or bulk discounts.
Eligibility & how to start your return:
To be eligible for a return with a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Please mail your product to: RekMed, 23038 E River Chase Way, Parker CO 80138 (we do not cover return shipping costs)
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected that it was unused, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issued your refund. Your refund will deposit within 5-7 business days to your credit card or original method of payment.
We do not issue refunds for price changes on previous purchases when items go on sale or for digital products. No refunds on digital educational content downloads.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rekmed.org and send your item to:

If you would like to exchange your unused item for something else, please email us at info@rekmed.org to let us know and we will help you from there!
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again within 7 business days of being notified of your refund. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. if you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@rekmed.org
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
